Bone Thugs-n-Harmony- So Good, So Right

speaker My song of the week this week is by those guys from Cleveland that many people forgot about. With a member leaving the group (Bizzy Bone) and one member locked up still (Flesh-n-Bone) the group is down to three members (Layzie, Wish, and Krayzie). In my opinion, these are the better of the group anyway, especially Krayzie. This Grammy-winning group came back with a very solid album in Strength and Loyalty. There are many potential radio hits on the album, including the hit single I Tried featuring Akon. The album shows how this group, who has sold 30 million albums world wide, is still relevant in today’s hip hop industry. The song I’m putting up is great for a single and talks about where they’ve been and how they are still the same group you fell in love with in the ’90s. Listen, enjoy, and buy the album. For those who can remember Bone and their hit Tha Crossroads, you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully the new generation of Hip Hop heads will forget about Mims, 50 Cent, and other garbage that’s on the radio for a minute and listen to one of the groups I grew up on.

Funny you mention that song, See you at the Crossroads…. I heard it on the radio for the first time in forever today. many it was because of the new release, I don’t know, but it brought back memories.
