Hulu has added a subscription service. Not sure how successful it will be at $10 a month when content is limited and it will by no means replace traditional television subscriptions. Netflix’s Watch Instantly service offers much more content than Hulu does at around the same price.

Cancer, pt II

Good news everyone. After my mom had her thyroid (half her thyroid to be exact) removed they checked her again for cancer and she is cancer free! No further treatments are needed!

Just a quick update. My mom has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Please keep her in your thoughts. I will update with her progress as time goes on. She’s a strong fighter and I know we can get through this.

Site Downtime

The server went down for about 2.5 hours. The main hard drive failed and all the data had to be transferred to a new one. Luckily, the data from the failed drive was recoverable.
